Presenter’s bio: Anthony Lambros is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from University College London, and has worked in the maritime industry for 32 years. He is presently Director of one of the leading ship management companies in Greece, controlling a fleet in excess of 40 large cargo vessels. He has diverse experience including technical, marine & safety management, crisis response, incident investigation, ship sale & purchase, commercial management and ship finance, and throughout his career has been involved with oil tankers, bulk carriers and cruise ships. He is a member of the Technical Committee of French Classification Society Bureau Veritas for the last seven years, and has served in the past as member of the Hellenic Committee of INTERTANKO (the global association of tanker shipowners).
